  • Module 9: Strength + Movement
    Learn why strength training and daily movement reset your hormones and how to start, even if you’ve never lifted a weight before.
  • Module 10: You Are The Regulated Woman
    This is where everything clicks. You’ll see how far you’ve come, release the survival identity that kept you stuck, and choose in real time the version of you who sleeps better, eats with calm, and lives from regulation. You’ll create your Regulated Woman Action Plan for the next 14 days and beyond.

  • What is the price?
    The full course price is $997, but as a founding member, you can join the first launch for $597.

  • Do I get 1:1 access to Becca or a coach?
    This is a self-paced course, so there’s no 1:1 coaching included. As a founding member, you’ll have access to the private community and weekly Q&A video responses from Becca for 10 weeks, so you’ll still feel supported as you move through the course.
  • Is this a weight loss program?
    No. This is a nervous system and hormone regulation course. Many women find that fat loss, improved sleep, and increased energy occur as natural side effects once their body feels safe, but the focus is on regulation, not restriction.
  • Do I need special equipment?
    All you need is a device to watch the videos and, ideally, a journal or notebook to use with the guided reflections.
  • How much time will it take each week?
    Most modules take around 45–60 minutes in total, broken into short 5–6 minute videos. You can easily fit them into your routine in small chunks and still see progress.

    I recommend starting with one module per week to build momentum, but you’ll have 12 months of access to revisit, slow down, or go deeper into the areas that matter most to you.
  • What if I can’t keep up?
    The course is completely self-paced and you have access for a full year. You can go as quickly or slowly as you like, and revisit lessons any time.   • Do I need to attend live?
    No. All the content is recorded and available on-demand. The Beta round includes optional weekly Q&A responses, but you’ll never miss out if you can’t attend in real time.
  • How is this different from other courses?
    Most programs start with willpower and discipline. This one starts with safety. Once your body feels safe, results come more easily and last much longer.
  • Who is this course best suited for?
